Refund Policy

  • If you cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it, we will refund you the entire amount.
  • Cash refunds can only be processed in the original mode of payment. 

  • Refunds, if any, whether in the form of cash or store credit, will be processed within 5-7 working days of (i) You providing the appropriate account details in case of a cash refund; or (ii) receipt of product by Us.

  • We do not offer refunds on jewellery, accessories unless its quality defect, customised products (made to order), products mentioned as Pre-order, products been altered as per size specification.
  • Any complaint that is reported after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.
  • For all accepted returns, we will issue a refund or online gift card immediately after we receive the products from your end and its pass quality check process. Return process may take up to 7-8 days.
  • Foreign deliveries take up to 7 working days.
